The chair is comfortable and nice.
I truly love my scooter -- buzz around carry on-- and the employees at Mobility City in Ferncreek, Ky. but I have not been impressed by the care I have received from the parent company Golden technologies...Customer care on this level is lacking as it took over a month to get a replacement part (cane holder) for my scooter. Very easy to operate and turns in tight places.
I’m really happy with my new scooter it’s a game changer being able to do all the things I was not able to before
It is a nice wheelchair. But it was difficult to fold up and to unfold. It was very stiff and it took two of us to do it. Your manual was not detailed enough. We had to go to the store to get directions on its operation. You need to improve the manual.
