Love the comfort and durability of the chair but I am a bit concerned by a clicking noise when raising and lowering the chair, otherwise I would rate it a 5-star.
We were very happy with the service at Westside Medical in Rochester and are very pleased with our beautiful lift chair.
Have only had a short time but isn't is as described light weight easy to transport. I will be taking it on a cruise later this year.
The chair is what I expected and is working well.
