My previous ride was a Pride Maxima H.D. Unfortunately the Golden doesn't compare. You asked me a question, this is my frank answer. My Golden is too quirky( not smooth ). It rattles going down the street. Anything that runs over stones, peebles, twigs, etc. is going to shake and rattle. More so with the Golden. It's hard to maintain a smooth, constant speed. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They were supposed to repair a recliner under warranty — parts were free, but we paid for the technician visit. It’s been two months — no one showed up. First they canceled, now they ignore us. Today I called to ask when they’ll come, and the rep basically told me off and hung up. Their so-called supervisors are always “unavailable.” The person using the chair is disabled and can’t even sleep in it. Absolutely disgraceful. The DB120 scooter is awesome! But I do have a slight rattle and occasional flickering in the battery indicator on the top of the tiller. But, tech support is terrible. I took me ages to finally talk to someone because of the ridiculous phone system. I was so angry dealing with all the press this and that, that I felt like throwing my phone. If you want to improve your stupid phone system, take a leaf out of the book with Apple, they are tops when I comes to their phone system. VERY EASY TO NAVIGATE. ATTRACTIVE. TAKES LESS THAN 2 MINUTES TO ASSEMBLE. IN AND OUT OF CROWDED AREAS WITH EASE. VERY HAPPY USING THE SCOOTER.
