Horrible rude service she needs to get her license taken away. Very rude lazy doesn't know how to file anything making me and others I know lose a lot on returns and getting penalties also.
Tl;dr - Don’t go here unless its the last day before your taxes are due AND no one else is available. This place is a small office on the second floor of a shared space building. We made an appointment here to meet with Katie Phan one Saturday around 11 AM. We arrived about 15 minutes early, and met with a white gentleman who had to call Katie to let her know we arrived.
