What has happened to this place. They implemented touch screen order and I have somehow ordered a chicken and lamb kebab in pita and been provided with the roughest meat my mouth has ever touched. What quality control has passed this off as meat. So disappointed in a great institution. They have absolutely loaded it with frozen vegetables as well, not fresh vegetables but literal frozen lettuce and sauce. Sort it out golden tandoori. Standards have dropped.
This is a very strange establishment. I visited twice over two days. On both occasions, I had asked for chicken donner and on both occasions, the staff were insistent on trying to serve me lamb. On the first occasion, they were spouting some rubbish about there being two types of chicken and then gave me lamb.
