We've been going to Golden Swan for yearsssss, both for dinner and dimsum, and finally I've got pictures of the dim sum that I can post. We find the dimsum has their own taste compared to other places that after a while, everything taste the same or pasty from the fillers. You can order what you like from the sheet or experience their push cart system - which offers their most popular items. The steamed pork buns and egg tarts were amazing. The pushcarts was a unique experience.
A Vancouver Classic. Still holds up after all these years. I'm a big fan.
