I’d like to leave a review to inform this is the best and honest roofing company I’ve ever met! Marcos does a great job in explaining the process from the start to finish! He also provides a service very smooth and can communicate with the insurance provider! He is truly a professional! Highly recommend!
Crew showed up late every day and left the house uncovered overnight. Very unprofessional. The flashing around the vents was done wrong and now we have water stains on the ceiling. Had to hire someone else to fix it.
They gave us a low estimate to win the job, then the final bill was thousands higher with ‘unexpected’ charges. The new roof already leaked after the first rain and getting them to come back has been impossible.
Terrible customer service. Promised a project manager would be on site but we never saw them. Restoration work was rushed, paint doesn’t match, and trim was damaged. Would not recommend Golden Summit.

We had a complete new roof and gutter system installed and every part of the job and contract was clearly explained before the work began.
