The worst experience I have ever had with a business! You can't make this nightmare up! Two weeks ago, I walked in explaining that I needed two decks modified to meet Spartanburg County code for our mobile home we had moved . The bigger deck seemed more cumbersome, and if we needed to, we could just get one of their preassembled 4 x 4 decks and do something else with our large deck. Terrible. Mandy gave her word they would have our decks in compliance by a certain date and then pulled a no show. If you don't want or can't do the work, say so. Now we are scrambling to find someone to do it, so we can get into our home. I told her we are anxious to get this done, because we've been staying with family. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
If they don't have what you need in stock, they'll get it for you the next day.
I have called numerous times to find out I haven't received my porch which was paid for. Better business bureau will be my next call.
