I've been here multiple times in the past and it was ok. I started going to a new place not far on Flatbush Ave near Warby Parker. I went this past Saturday because my regular place didn't have availability and I completely regret it. It was like getting a massage from a grudge filled, disinterested partner for 60 minutes. It was like an abstract massage never hitting the same spot twice and I was waiting for their moment and it never came lol. Never again.

I’m bummed because this place was my favorite. I feel as a loyal customer I was just treated poorly. The woman at the front desk asked me for more tip when I tried to do 20%. She wouldn’t let it go. I won’t be going back sadly. They should increase prices, not demand and harass customers for more tip. It wasn’t just what she did but also the way she was speaking to me was so rude. It completely ruined any relaxation I achieved from the massage. Goodbye!
