They allowed someone who was not on the pick up list to pick up my son. Not only that, they were invasive to my privacy and handed over documents to an unauthorized person. They’re lucky I did not report them to their higher ups, but never again will I bring my son to this facility.
This place is amazing. I highly recommend them.
We paid for an evaluation in August of 2024 and was told it would be 4-6 weeks before we’d begin receiving services. The Director ignored emails and finally responded before Christmas and said services would begin after the Holidays. It’s now mid-March and they continue to ignore and return phone calls… Parents seeking services for their children should avoid this place at all costs. They will take your money and give you the run around.
