My son has been with Golden steps Clarksville since 2024 and his growth definitely shows .. all the staff know him by name and he is very comfortable with his therapist even when his therapist changes he adjust very well which for me shows a lot … I love how they love my son and make him feel comfortable also while learning and meeting new milestones … Golden steps has been a huge blessing to our family and we are forever grateful!!
Our experience with Golden Steps ABA has been nothing short of amazing! After being dragged around by other providers, placed on endless waitlists, and feeling like we were constantly getting our hopes up just to be disappointed, Golden Steps was a breath of fresh air. We received services from Golden Steps ABA five days a week for approximately six months for our son. Without any prior notice or transition plan, our services were suddenly canceled the same day as a scheduled visit. We were told this was due to their head BCBA going on early pregnancy leave. After that cancellation, we never heard from the company again—no follow-up, no explanation, no assistance with continuity of care, and no notice that services were being permanently discontinued.
