We ordered new windows and a multipanel door for our ADU from James. He was amazing. Attention to every detail in the order. He hIghlighted all the questions that needed to be addressed. I would highly recommend Golden State Windows and Doors in Berkeley.

Made an appointment. Rep flaked. Rushed to store to place order just to be met with an attitude at the front desk. Asked if there was an issue or reason for the bad attitude and was told, “yes, it’s 30 minutes before closing.” Last time I checked, that means you’re open.. Avoid this joke of a “business.” Management should consider removing female employee with glasses at front desk. She just lost you a $20k sale.

I ordered 15 windows, a sliding door, and a bifold patio door with Golden State Berkeley. Throughout the process, David Gregory was amazing. Super knowledgeable, helpful and generous with his time. I would often come into his office without an appointment and sit down with him for 20 or 30 minutes to go over my order. He gave me a ton of advice, and helped me realize substantial savings by changing some of the window sizes that my architect had specified to slightly smaller or larger standard sizes, saving about a hundred or... read more
