Golden State Water is by far the worst utility I have ever dealt with. Frequent neighborhood shutoffs without notice and when they turn it back on water hammer damages my pipes.. Front office has no idea what is happening at the local level. All that, and some of the highest rates in the country. Gotta feed their shareholders, I guess.
Why does the water have a slight algae taste/smell to it. Not good tasting water.
