Horrible experience they kept moving my appointment, in total 4 times and the excuse was,doctor not available and authorization issues.
Very unprofessional. They do not pick up the phone calls and when trying to ask questions, they go in circles. Can’t seem to know how to properly communicate with patients.
Dr. Seth is an amazing doctor who cares for his patients. He shows compassion and empathy for his patients.
I have had the most horrible experience with the staff. When I went for my initial appointment, there were 20 other people waiting to be seen, which included handicapped people. What kind of doctor schedules 20 people at the same time. Also, when I was finally seen by Dr. Sethi, he gave me a prostate exam. Then, he told me that he would give me a prescription to pick up at the March Lane CVS pharmacy. However, when I tried to pick it up, there was no prescription ordered for me. Dr. Sethi is an excellent Urologist. He is very kind, friendly and professional. He always greets me with a smile and takes the time to listen and answer my questions.
