AS FAR AS CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DO THE BEST THAT THEY CAN MY SUGGESTION WOULD BE TO HIRE TWO PEOPLE TO HELP WITH PHONES AND DIRECT CALLS ACCORDINGLY. YOU GUYS ROCK🤛👍
