Golden Gate Smiles is the BEST dental clinic that I’ve experienced in my life!! The staff is professional, courteous, and make it a point to know you personally. Upon arrival they address you by your name!! I don’t know any business that I’ve been into on a daily basis or not that has done that! The clinic is immaculate and the service is exceptional. I have been terrified of going to the dentist for years because of a bad experience but the dentist here is awesome! I had a lot of cavities and scared about having them filled but thankfully she is friendly and reassuring and the experience was pain free! Highly recommend this place!!
I had a very disappointing experience with Golden State Smiles in San Leandro and Dr. Dharaben Munjpara. I had a dental crown done here, but the crown was made too large and the color was noticeably darker than my other teeth. When the crown was initially placed, my mouth was still numb from the anesthesia, so I could not properly feel how large and uncomfortable it was at that moment. Same with the other review, this dental clinic charged me for something that my insurance covered. I called multiple times (more than 5x) within the last week and they just kept telling me that someone will call me back. No one called me back. I used to like this clinic, even recommended them to my friends and family. But after this experience, they really disappointed me. I will be filing a report to my insurance.
Horrible service. Terrible follow up. The manager of that office doesn’t return calls as promised. They do not handle insurance claims correctly. Just awful
