Horrible customer service. Staff is rude, the manager takes a long time to send out pre authorizations you have to call multiple times to follow up.. They never answer the phone. I have a long list.
I was very happy with the new location. Very clean and the staff were friendly and the wait was short. They were through and gave good advice.
Attempting to leave an emergency voicemail is impossible because the recording states “the mailbox is full.” This office repeatedly dropped my calls, and when someone finally answered, they told me “Who is this? Stop calling” despite it being for an emergency dental appointment. This behavior is unacceptable, negligent, and dangerous. I will be filing a complaint with the Board of Dentistry and documenting all attempts to contact your office. Putting patients at risks, zero stars.
