Great and friendly staff. The girls in the front are of great help and always smiling. Great service
This dental practice is really bad. Customer service is way under par and they do not own up to their mistakes. They will blame you and say it's your mouth is the problem, not them and their work
Similar to other 1 star reviews. This office is not organized nor professional. They also tired to charge me for services that my insurance covers. If I wasn’t smart and didn’t check my insurance patient fee schedule they would’ve ran my insurance and kept the $168 they were trying to charge me for. Look for a different office under your insurance. Dental hygiene is so important and under resourced like many other things. Terrible to be playing people like that…
I hate this place and I'm going to tell you why they sent me all over America.Just to get a root canal , and then when I tried to get them to do what I need them to do , they hunt the phone up in my face
This office is a fraud. They charged me hundereds for services that were covered and then give me the run around for a refund after my insurance filed a financial complaint. It has been over a month and I am still waiting for my refund. I have filed a complaint with the Dental Board of California. I hope everyone checks thier co-pay before giving this place any money.
