Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor communication at this dental office. We originally had an appointment scheduled for 1:30 PM, but received a call from their staff asking if we could come earlier at 11:30 AM, as they mentioned they had availability. We rearranged our day to accommodate the change and arrived promptly at the new time.
