We know Jaswinder Gill (Jassi) bhaji since 1999. He is extremely helpful and utmost professional. We bought our first house thru Jassi bhaji, he provided us with financial help and also helped in home improvement (construction work). We moved out of CA since 2007, he is taking care of property just like us. We are so grateful to have bhaji and Sukhvir bhenji, we are here stress-free just because of this wonderful team, really appreciate all the helping hand you providing...............thanks. I have worked with Jassi Gill uncle multiple times and this time it was just exceptional. Uncle guided me with the area, he has expertise in negotiations, he is friendly realtor that guided and explained all the process for a short sale. Would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a house!
If it was possible to do zero stars, then I would. Golden State Realty and Sam Chahal represented the seller for the first house my husband and I bought together. Sam Chahal lied on disclosures, hired - or knew his client hired - unlicensed contractors, and hid the fact there was mold in the house. This means my husband and I have had to put our plans to start a family on hold, which Sam knew was the reason we were buying the house. Jaswinder (Jassi) brought the buyers to a home I had recently listed for my clients in San Ramon. He was very honest and fair. As the market was turning he gave me his word that he would follow through and that there would be no monkey business! He honored his committment and closed almost 2 weeks early! He did a great job! Jassi is a fantastic and honest agent. I would be happy to work with him again!
