Hugely disappointed in Dr. Heywood. Rude manner, lack of compassion, unwillingness to hear about my difficulties. Accused me of “rolling my eyes” when talking with him about my serious health issues. Felt disrespected and unheard. Avoid this place.
The office and staff have a 5 Star Doctor, to learn from. A truly great experience I health care, I’ve looked a long time for a doctor as knowledgeable and professional.

Dr Heywood is amazing! He replaced my hip last year and I got my life back! He’s the best orthopedic surgeon in Santa Cruz county!
