The answering service they have is terrible. I called 3 times to make a new patient appointment. First, they couldn’t see the referral on their end. Second time they said I needed to know which doctor I was seeing (I have no clue I’m new just told them the Watsonville location). Last time, I honestly couldn’t understand the person & politely asked if I could talk to someone else. They said to hang up and call again. I finally gave up & asked my doctor for a referral to a different office. They have so many locations I doubt ... read more
Had appointment with doctor at 2:45. I was early. They put me in an 80 degree room with no circulation waiting for almost thirty minutes. Left the room to politely request a refund. Didn’t get any sort of apology from front desk - in fact, got attitude and an “I don’t know how to cancel an appointment.” Go here if you like wasting time and sitting in 80 degree windowless rooms without seeing a doctor.
