Unprofessional. I called multiple times today to confirm my appointment and they don't answer their phone or return calls. When I arrived they told me they would have to reschedule because their equipment isn't working. They didn't have another appointment available for another week. It was incredibly inconvenient because I had to revolve my diet, medication and routine for several days around this appointment. Very inconsiderate.
Dr De saved me ;-) Very thorough. Medical assistant Lily is also amazing. Very attentive with a great demeanor.
