Ryan and Rachel went above and beyond for my elderly mother. Ryan spent his valuable time checking my mother’s Medicare and Medical coverage so she didn’t have to pay out of packet for hearing aids…. that she very desperately needs. Unfortunately she will not be able to be seen by Ryan because he’s out of network but he did give us valuable information, and now we know she won’t have to pay for the hearing aids! I almost never leave a review whether it’s negative or positive. However, after visiting Golden State Hearing Aid Center I felt compelled to do so. I had less than satisfactory experiences at two other hearing aid centers so I was naturally apprehensive. Facility is very clean and well maintained. Service was great, I will return in the future as needed. Ryan was very professional and helpful with my hearing issues.
Very nice person to work with, helpful, easy to understand willing to put in the extra effort to try to get you what you need in and out appointments are fast I rated it a number five star for this reason of the times that I was in there took care of my problems
