A complete revamping of the practice & office management policies. This place is a joke!
So my dad has been going to this facility for a while now and each time he goes to his appointment we wait for hours to be seen. When we ask the staff questions about his appointment time or any question in general they have attitudes. Very unprofessional no people skills at all the worst place to be treated. My honest opinion I think some of the staff do not like their jobs.
