Dr McCalmont is experienced, calm, and communicative. Texting her office (even with photos) is really easy. And her staff members are great.
Dr. McCalmont is a fantastic, knowledgeable and compassionate dermatologist. She takes time to explain what she is doing in a patient-friendly way and she is inquisitive and listens to concerns. I have never felt dismissed or brushed off, which is notable and something that I appreciate about her.
I have been seeing Dr. McCalmont for many years, whose practice is now part of Golden State Dermatology. I found her to be very meticulous and methodical for my annual check ups and specific skin related needs. I would definitely recommend her.
