Brenda Dee....Golden State Credit Service – I have to say my experience with Golden State Credit and Brenda Dee was very pleasant, she worked with me to resolve my outstanding bill and helped me get it off my credit!! I must say regretfully that I had to deal with 3 collection agency's recently to fix my credit and this one by far was the nicest and most helpful staff by a mile, so that is why I am taking my time to write this!! BRENDA DEEand golden state creditors are theives!!! – They over charged me and when they did they said it was a fee they charged all of the accounts and i was never told about this they said no she told you ( the lady who charged my fee ) she then told me i was to pay that and she wasnt going to refund it I asked to speak to her supervisor she then said to me sorry honey you arent going to speak with anyone but me i asked for her corprate number and or her superior boss owner anyone she said you cant speak to anyone but me a... read more
Ripoff artists – These people are ripoff artists. Extortionists. Trying to make me pay for a towing charge for a vehicle I don't own. Anyone else ripped off by them? Oh..and how much is the towing charge? $1800 with the interest they charge. They've put it on my credit report as well. Can't get it removed. A vehicle I don't own!
