So unprofessional. Runs the numbers before they even ask you what your budget is and what i can afford. They make a sale by running your number through multiple agents until they get one that will approve you. Which just in case no one knows effects your credit retort. My credit score dropped 68 points by then doing this. They make it as if you can't go to another place because your credit score has already dropped because of them. Smh.
