I have purchased two buildings from Golden State, both were delivered and installed as per agreement. The workmanship is second to none, crews are friendly, professional, and skilled. If an issue arises, they handle it immediately. If I need any additional Out Buildings, I will be buying them from Golden State Buildings
If I can give them 0 star I would. I was in the market for a dog house. I sent them an email for my inquiry. Their response time was horrible. Not to mention once I discussed my specs of the dog house. I was told I’ll receive a phone call back to discuss more details. I did not receive a follow up. A week later I decided to call them again. We went over the size and the expected time to of finish. The expected time was 3-4 weeks. I was asked to put a deposit 100-200 dollars. I made the 200 dollars deposit. We ordered a Barn Elite shed on May 22, 2020. today is June 26 and it is in use on our property---this includes the time to redo the roof completely as it was damaged a bit in transit. When they saw the original photos of the roof problem, they realized the underlayment we ordered had not been put down. We actually would not have known that as it does not show under the shingles. Roland and the crew did an amazing job on our shop, it was only 360 sf and they built it in under a month from start to finish. Very professional and polite. Price was best I found and the quality of their work is well above and beyond most contractors I've encountered. I would highly recommend them for any construction job.
We have been searching for a storage shed for some time now. Due to our location we are in Fresno often so of course the sheds we see most are the ones at Home Depot. Unfortunately, the customer service there just doesn't cut it especially when you are trying to decide on a big purchase like this.
