Will not use ever. Was erroneously told by Jennifer that I had made a booking and to go online and cancel, then she rudely hung up on me, only to phone me back 5 min later to apologise for the error.

The female manager / receptionist is a scatter brain and just kept on talking and talking instead of checking me in! I had to ask her to please check me in! Hubby organised a late check out of 10.30 the next day so that I could sleep in while he attended a workplace site. She rang the room at 8.30am, woke me up to confirm that I was checking out at 10.30!!! Hubby had only just confirmed it with her a few minutes before this as he left for work! We had an unexpected and unplanned overnight stay and so glad we chose this motel. We were lucky to get the last room available on a cold and rainy Monday night. Phillip and Jenni were welcoming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and the room was impeccably clean and the heating already on to warm us up. Rooms are very clean and tidy. The owners are very helpful and kind. The only down side is its a little bit out of town but a good walk thats for sure. Will definitely stay again if passi g through.

If you're looking for a top-notch stay in Bendigo, I can't recommend the Golden Square Motor Inn highly enough! This place truly stands out, and I'd say it's even better than some of the big brand hotels.
