The yogurt was little runny this time and the they need to add a few more spoon fulls of the yummy add ons.
Have been several times, I will speak to this experience specifically. Nikki working is so unpleasant, hope you never have to encounter her. In addition to her below average customer service skills she lacks basic knowledge of ingredients in all of their products. Which is a primary problem for those with allergies or food sensitivities. Having some very entry level knowledge in food service is or should be a requirement, and at most restaurants it is. Maybe this isn’t the case here ? Never going back. It was a cold day, and there were no customers in sight. I asked the girl working there to do something different with my cone, and she stomped over to the machine, huffing and puffing like I was a huge inconvenience to her. The yogurt wasn’t very good either.
