non-fat frozen yogurt in variety of flavors! – The first time I went to Golden Spoon, I was amazed at how many flavors of frozen yogurt there are. My favorites are cookies & cream and the coffee favor. It tastes like soft-serve ice cream, but it's fat-free! They even give you GOLD spoons to eat the froyo with, which I though was clever. The servings are a pretty good size, because I can't even finish a mini cup by myself.
