As a former sales person and bike mechanic of several years, this is the shop I choose to go to and the shop I recommend to all my friends. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly and experienced and their mechanic's - especially Trevor and Jim are top notch. This store is well inventoried and the help is good. But watch out for them at checkout! They use this little printer calculator which doesn't itemize anything on the printout, which is why I did not catch their added charges until I got home. I thought I'd paid more than I should have, but it turns out they had charged me twice for almost everything I bought. Beware.
