Went for the first time today and wasn’t overly impressed. It was mostly fast elbow massaging and with a lot of pressure. I am thin so a lot of this elbow action just ended up pushing really hard my bones like right over my spine, ribs. I almost felt like I might leave with a bruise. I kind of mentioned it was painful but you would think someone would know if they were just massaging bone and not muscle.
