I had the privilege of meeting my technician, Russell, from Golden Comfort AC & Heating Repair. He showed up earlier than scheduled, got straight to work, and explained everything clearly. He identified the AC issues right away and even addressed additional problems on the spot. He was professional, courteous, and mindful of our home.
