My decision to use Golden Hills medical clinic becomes more clear every time I visit this clinic. They staff is the reason they got any stars. They are nice and welcoming. Only negative is that no one ever answers the phones. You wait a long period of time until you are forced to leave a message and you never get a call back. I have been in there and the girls are laughing and conversation going, so it didn’t seem too busy that they could not answer the phones. When it was Molina, I never had these issues. This is one of the worst places . If you call for appointment no one answers the calls , doctors are careless and don't even care if you are sick for a minor headache up to cancer they will prescribe only ibrofen. No matter how sick you are they will not require any lab tests, x- Ray or diagnostics . I don't know what is wrong with American's health system please look at the rating of this clinic, they need to be questioned.
