I have been going here for almost two years. Was super happy with the experience until this past year. People have off days, right.. Every appointment I end up waiting 10-20 minutes past the appointment time. My hair is not even, I mentioned it and Kim said she noticed it and took a bit more. It is still uneven. She acts rushed and distracted like she would rather not be there.
