I love this salon! Julie has helped me transform my hair health with knowledgeable advice and a direct approach that I really appreciate. Today I had a lovely experience with Molly! I was able to snag one of her advertised 50% off hair cuts for a Wednesday booking. Although she is currently a "Junior" Stylist, don't let that fool you, Molly is very professional, courteous, and listened to my exact hair needs. She gave me exactly what I asked for. Amber always does such a nice job with my hair, she is very kind.
I had my hair done earlier this year and was not completely happy with how I left. The way my hair was cut was not optimal for my thick hair, and created a kind of mushroom effect. I was so unhappy at the end of the appointment I didn't mention it as I just wanted to leave and didn't trust the stylist to fix what was done.
