The customer service was terrible. The massage was just okay and the staff were rude. I paid $100 for a 90 minute massage and it lasted about 1 hr and 10 minutes. When I was leaving I was asked about a tip and started writing $10 on the receipt, which I felt was more than enough for the service provided. This woman started arguing with me demanding that I give her a $20 tip saying that I have to pay her. I told her that i am not going to argue with her about a tip as it is optional. I am a legitimate NYS LICENSED Massage Therapist, and I am disgusted by the word of mouth reviews I have heard about this place. It is not professional or legal to offer or suggest "happy" at the end of any session. This place is an absolute disgrace to my profession. Medical training and legal action is necessary here.
The couples message was a joke. My wife and I started at the same time but she was done way before me. Foot detox was great. But then the lady had the nerve to demand more of a tip. I so badly wanted to snatch my $20 back. We will not go back there and advise you don't either
A wonderful environment. They helped me get some painful kinks out, and was able to Crack my back and neck. I hadn't been able to Crack my back in years! Absolutely loved it here!
