I went in and asked for a 30 min. Chair massage for $30. The lady helping me didn't speak English. She got someone else to translate. I told her I wanted the 30 min. Chair massage. She said it would be better to do it laying down as it was easier for them. I said ok. When finished she quickly charged my card $50. I asked why the price was different and she said that was the price for laying down. My husband recently had a very bad experience here. The lady was very unprofessional and even tried to give him a "happy ending" (he's not into women doing that to him), and he declined. She even ripped his underwear off during the service. At the end of the service, he was very unhappy and was displeased. Consistent with the other reviews, she proceeded to demand a 30% tip. This place should be reported to BBB and NYS DOH.
I called 2 weeks ahead and made an appointment for an hour and a half massage. The day of I walked in 10 minutes before my appointment and was told she didn’t have an appointment for me and even though I showed her my call log on my phone that I called her she told me I had to wait for the guy who walked in infront of me EVEN THOUGH I made an appointment and he was a walk in… not cool! 👎
