Today, I used Yelp to see who was the best near me for simple few words, in cursive, tatoo. I received a very nice response from David. He wasn't near his schedule and asked me to call the store, which I did. The angry, bothered, not very nice or professional male who answered the phone (7th St/Camelback) proceeded to rudely instruct me on what I NEEDED to do to follow all their rules.
