I moved in here in September of 2025 and this is hands down the best place I've ever lived and the community is amazing it's quiet and peaceful.
Have lived in this community for 3 years and even bought my trailer through this company. You have to take care of there lots for them I live under a 60 foot tree on property thats not mine and have to take full care of said giant tree even tho I own nothing but the trailer. Management is horrible I have seen the landlord wrangle up neighborhood kids and use them as free labor to put mow notices on people's front doors. These people that work there will lie straight to your face about what will get fixed and what will be added to the house, if they do end up fixing anything it will be months later not when u really need it. For example I got a 1 year lease on trailer 17 the house that is right next to road that’s is falling apart due to the river that is right next to it! VERY POOR I HAVE LIVED ON PROPERTY SINCE SEPTEMBER 1, HAVE HAD LEAKS IN MY UNIT SINCE DAY ONE. AND WHEN I PUT A WORK ORDER IN ALL THAY DID WAS COME TAKE A PIC AND CLOSED THE WORK ORDER. I HAVE ASK ABOUT IT EVERY MONTH AND ALL THAY SAY IS A CONTRACTOR WILL BE THERE AND NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING THERE TO ANY ONE
