Can never seem to get a human on the phone and the only option to pay your premium is the old school way - check through the mail. Terrible. I am healthy and in my 20s, somehow pay $400 a month and still pay copays at every office and receive bills in the mail from every office I visit.

Paid into golden rule heath insurance for a few years. When I was forced to use them due to a motorcycle accident they quickly dropped me in early stages of rehabilitation. If I would have gotten the rehab I needed I would not be crippled for life. They are not the company that cares about your well being!!!

My wife applied for short term insurance but was declined for a pre-existing condition that was over 10 years ago with no medical attention for that condition the last 10 years. To top it off they didn't even have the courtesy to let us know she had been declined. We only found out after calling them two weeks after we applied. We faxed an appeal, called 11 days later and they said they never received it even though we had a fax confirmation printed out with the correct fax number.
