Purchased the home over a year ago with a delivery date of November. A year later no home and the owner won’t answer or return my calls. House has been ready since November however the owner has been unresponsive. I used his recommended contractor who has been awesome however for months the site prep has been ready to receive the home. Terrible experience and would stay away for potential buyers.
