Very professional and dedicated to perfection! Communication was fabulous and prompt. It was very nice to find somebody willing to come out to clean only two area rugs. My dog had recently passed away and had incontinent issues towards the end of her life – he was committed to cleaning both sides of my wool rugs to be certain that every trace of urine was extracted. I highly recommend and will definitely be calling him in the future and recommending him to all of my friends.
David does amazing work. My 16-year-old dog just became incontinent and so I had to utilize a service David came in and cleaned my carpet and rug efficiently and it also dried real quick it looks good it smells good and not to mention the customer service is top notch. I shared a picture with a family member and 3 days later he already used David too. I couldn't recommend anybody better.
I'll be the first to admit that I'm frugal. There was a little bit of sticker shock when the estimate came back. We proceeded with the service because after renovation, our existing and new flooring really really needed some tlc. David and his crew? FANTASTIC. I was helping a great friend of mine sell her house Miss Barbara is 92 years old and the buyers requested to have the carpet cleaned I made a phone call to the Golden ruler carpet cleaning company and gosh these guys are spot on, thanks David and the carpet and tile cleaning crew you guys are top notch! I would give them 20 stars if I could. The service I received has been phenomenal. From the customer service, accommodations, patience, to the amazing work done on both my properties. They restored one of my properties carpet like new and the other had a dog oder that was deep cleaned out of the carpets. The work was done great attention to detail and quality service. I am very satisfied and look forward to working with them in the future.
