First time here for me and it was a pleasure. Dallas and Josh were so personable and kind. And the rest of the team fixed my car up real quick even when it was close to closing time. Go here for brakes!
One of the worst places to take your car in the state. I have a degree in automotive mechanics from wyotech so I came in here already knowing my car would need its front brake discs turned and one shock absorber had a small leak. After waiting for about 30 minutes for them to look at my car the technician proceeded to tell me I needed 4 new shock absorbers at 220 dollars a piece, new front and rear sway bar bushings at wow somehow 220 dollars a piece and also new brakes all around at hmm let's say 220 a piece. I went to the Pines location of Golden Rule Brake after getting an exorbitant estimate from another local company on North Sullivan. One of my co-workers suggested them and am I ever pleased! They were kind, professional, and did no pressure sales. Everything was explained and there was no pressure sales. Even when I heard a funny noise the next day they fit me in quickly to get it checked out. I would definitely return and highly recommend them! Thank you all!!
Golden Rule Brake is great! I had heard about how good Golden Rule is and when I went I found out that my friends were right. I was not pressured in any way and I will definitely be back.
