I’ve been using this shop for over a decade. My most recent visit involved extensive repairs on a 2006 Dodge Charger that had been sitting for a couple of years. I have never had a bad experience at Golden Rule. Clint, Cliff, Collin and the whole team are amazing and such a joy. They are all always honest and very kind.
This was my first experience with the Rowlett location. Due to my own time constraints the Wylie location referred me. After the initial diagnosis, they determined another repair would be more beneficial for my issue which was also less expensive. Thanks gentlemen. Folks the name is “Golden Rule” for a reason!!! They treat their customers as they would like to be treated.
I can’t say enough good things about Golden Rule. They’ve done superior quality work on my old pickup truck "Lucy" time and time again. Unlike other shops that look at her as just an old, rusty beater not worth the effort (and often causing more harm than good) the folks at Golden Rule treat her with the respect and care she deserves.
