My husband and I requested a truck from Columbus location. It was brought to Newark. They said it needed serviced. We waited a couple days and went back to check on it. It needed parts and we were told they were short handed. Not a problem. We were told by them we would have 1st look and option to buy before anyone else. Almost a week later we got a text that it would possibly be ready the 3rd week after we originally looked at it. My husband checked on it and they sold it. Just got a truck from here and have had non stop issues a month later …thanks ! Now that I sold the truck dealer won’t refund the gap insurance back to me that I bought on the truck…. just a shady place in general super happy to be out of that truck and in something new !! I would like to start by saying that the front desk helped me out when I thought I wasn't able to afford a new car. I was able to with them. However.. after some back and forth.. I was called up on a day and was told I needed to get down to the store if I wanted to buy it as the place had a customer in the office ready to buy. After.. we had already agreed to a purchase. As you read all the reviews you can see 5 stars and why…. We drove an hour and 35 minutes to buy a van on his lot. All of the vehicles there were Awesome. I liked everything there but I was looking for a van and it was the only one. Ambrose was straight forward and honest. I only had a certain amount of money and he still made it possible for me to take home our new van! Totally worth the drive! Highly recommended!!!
