DO NOT BUT A VEHICLE FROM THEM UNLESS PROFESSIONALLY INSPECTED BY SOMEONE OTHER THAN THEM. I bought a car from them back in January. They said “it runs and drives great” but everytime they said that would follow “but it is a used car”. When I originally got into the car none of the dashboard lights were on as if they were cleared up until I finished signing the paperwork and went to go home, than they came on. Fast forward to today I am at a quarter of the cost of the car in repairs and the issue is still not fixed.
We drove from Columbus to Newark Ohio to look at a vehicle. Upon our test drive we noticed the brakes were not quite correct we let the owner know of the situation and he immediately responded with we'll check it and found new rotors and brake pads were needed. He ask to give his mechanic an hour or so and that he could get parts delivered from Auto zone that is 7 minutes away. Really good customer service vehicle was exactly as expected from online description
My husband and I requested a truck from Columbus location. It was brought to Newark. They said it needed serviced. We waited a couple days and went back to check on it. It needed parts and we were told they were short handed. Not a problem. We were told by them we would have 1st look and option to buy before anyone else. Almost a week later we got a text that it would possibly be ready the 3rd week after we originally looked at it. My husband checked on it and they sold it.
