I took my Pandora necklace in because my dog damaged it. I don't know the name of the person who fixed it for me, but he did it right then and there! I certainly wasn't expecting that! I'm so glad I picked this jewelry store to work with because I didn't have to wait, he was super kind, and most importantly, he was obviously skilled in what he did to fix my necklace!
