The worse place to live. Please avoid trying to purchase a home here. The rules are set as you go. They raise the lot rent every year when they say it stays the same with no increase. The management in the office are a bunch of uneducated office staff I’ve ever dealt with. The guess on how much water you use and when you pay the lot rent and mortgage at the same time months later they tell you you are behind. Beware it’s a scam. And if you see a positive review it has to be paid for.

We have such a wonderful community, and I can’t say enough about how amazing the staff is! They’re truly the best I’ve ever experienced during my time here, and they make everything even better!

This place is a rip off hired manager with felonies they lie no pool no internet using 1980 pictures of club house laundry room only 2washer and dryers never know what your rent is adding charges and l and late charges sherry lies to people to sell the homes doesn't care for veterans using the tenant to keep from paying contractors hides behind the Internet and will not answer calls and nobody is nice really don't care what you have to say come on the property telling us we all will be gone laughs this is at the villages ... read more

Terrible mower contract!! The lot rents are expensive, and you can't opt out of using their facilities EVER. So if you're unable physically to use the pool, pool tables, etc., too bad, you still have to pay. Only to have your grass growing super tall. I'm considering a lawsuit or withholding some of the excessive lot rent until the company takes care of my yard!!! Of course, if you're living around the main entrance, pool, clubhouse, or office, you're taken care of.

This is a terrible place to live. The current Park Manager has a chip on her shoulder, is condescending and rude, gives no explanations for her actions, and runs the place like a Gulag. The rent gets raised higher and higher each year with this year at almost $100 a month with no improvements or explanation why it should be so high. The community is nice, and the residents are wonderful. The grounds are clean and maintained. But the management at Lamplighter is horrendous. First, they lie about the visitor policy to get people to buy into the community. They said I could swing by and check on my ELDERLY parents after work. But when I did, I was told I couldn't park near my parents' house to check on them. I was told I could park in a nearby empty driveway if no one lived there, so I did. Manager Claudia Garcia has negative and argumentative intentions, very unapproachable, contempt and misanthrope type qualities, been here for about 8 years without problems have never experienced a manager thats enjoys exploiting her authority to the community while showing antagonistic behavior nonchalantly , very unfortunate and unprofessional

Community manager is an agressive interpreter of all rules and regualtions. Constantly adds new rules and writes up anyone she sunject feels is violating rules. Recently wrote all neighbors muliple supposide violations of said rules. Park looks nice from the entry but not so much once inside. An expensive place to live on a fixed income. No water or trash pickup include except with addional costs. Recently cut back on lawn mantenance only to mow lawns and no triming of sides of units. No stars for this awful place.The security gate is broken and has NOT ever worked right. The streets are run down, and entire park shows little upkeep. This is a very expensive $ place to live. Almost a $1000.00 just in space rent! Management cares nothing about residents needs at all. They only collect money. Beware. Stay away from this depressing place.
