I had my laser hair removal done at Golden Rose Clinic, Mina and her team was amazing,They made me feel so comfortable, explained everything clearly, and the result was incredible. The clinic is super clean and the laser is completely pain-free ,Highly recommend.
My experience here has not been the greatest. They advertise Dysport as Botox, which I find misleading. The Naturopath was very rude — at one point she said, “Can’t you see? I am the doctor,” which was completely unnecessary. When I came back for a touch-up, she was visibly impatient and dismissive. She later apologized, saying she was exhausted because it was a Friday — but that still doesn’t excuse the lack of professionalism. I had a really great experience at Golden Rose Laser. The operator was very kind, patient, and professional, and she explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. The clinic itself is clean and welcoming. Mina, the manager, is very friendly and runs the place really well. I’m very satisfied and definitely recommend this clinic to others.
