I had such a great experience at Golden Rose Clinic ,Yalda did my facial and laser treatment, she was so gentle, professional, and explained everything clearly. My skin feels amazing after the facial, and the laser was totally comfortable thanks to their cooling system. Mina, the manager, is super friendly and welcoming ,she always makes sure clients are happy and taken care of. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for professional service and real results.

My experience here has not been the greatest. They advertise Dysport as Botox, which I find misleading. The Naturopath was very rude — at one point she said, “Can’t you see? I am the doctor,” which was completely unnecessary. When I came back for a touch-up, she was visibly impatient and dismissive. She later apologized, saying she was exhausted because it was a Friday — but that still doesn’t excuse the lack of professionalism. I had a really great experience at Golden Rose Laser. The operator was very kind, patient, and professional, and she explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. The clinic itself is clean and welcoming. Mina, the manager, is very friendly and runs the place really well. I’m very satisfied and definitely recommend this clinic to others.
