I had the pleasure of getting my hair done with Katrina! She is the girl as I picked a color combo that was a bit challenging but she took it on and did an outstanding job! I appreciate her patience in doing it as it took a bit to get it done. Highly recommend her!
Ali is such a gem. She is experienced and will guide you in making the right choices. The whole staff is friendly and talented. The whole family loves Golden Roots.
I had a wonderful service from Alexis. She did exactly what I wanted and did a great job.
I got a haircut here at the end of December with Katie. She was okay, but not very personable. What made this a 2 star experience was Katie assuming she knew what was best for me and my hair despite just having met me. She took off a ton of volume from my beautiful, thick hair without asking. And unfortunately, it has not grown out the same since. This stylist did not make me feel comfortable in her chair. I won’t be returning and I caution anyone with thick hair considering getting their hair done with her.
10/10 My sister and I found this place online and scheduled an appointment for our mother. Katrina was amazing and did a great job. She was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. I highly recommend this location and her. Thank you Golden Roots for a wonderful experience.
