Actually, I'm (VERY) glad not going ahead with these RUDE, NEGLIGENT, HILARIOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL and RECKLESS ATTITUDE.... I'm happy not going ahead with anything else with these "extremely below-market-average services" (what a joke...). They are very foul-mothed, aggressive and, after asking around, it also appears they owe money to the other half of the world, which I don't find intriguing, judging by the very poor quality (if any) of their "so-called work"... I am very happy with Golden Rock. We chose Golden Rock to knock down our old home and build a duplex. As someone have no building experience, we found them very professional and easy to work with. They guided us through the whole process. The building cost is very reasonable. We started our knock down and rebuilt project on early 2022 with no delay or cost variances. Golden Rock Construction helped me to build a fantastic duplex in Eastwood. The quality of the work they have done was really good and saved me a great deal of money compare to other builders.
