Jun 21, 2026 Extreme care should be taken. Any unit with kitchen remodeled you should request permits and inspections for asbestos removal. Pond stinks Large building which have asbestos ceiling management has reduced air flow. Got a moral compass. Manager & Board rebuilt gym & pool Charged all residents 30 to 50 handicap & old. This is an amazing place to live with tons of updated facilities and lots for residents to do. Updated all exterior painting, new resort style pool, hot tub, cold plunge, large scale gym with after hour access for a small, one-time fob fee (better than a gym membership anywhere) plus, plus... Staff and Management are on top of everything and are super friendly. Some of the other reviews seem to be from those people continually not following the rules.
