Extremely poor service and disappointing experience overall. The staff in the resident office are often rude, unprofessional, and at times show clear signs of discrimination. They are not helpful and don't seem to care whether you're a student or not. The gym is the worst I’ve ever seen — very small, poorly maintained, and has unnecessary rules that feel more like punishments. I finally got the chance to hop on here and share how much I absolutely loved living here. First of all, the view and location is incredible and the pond makes you feel like you’re living in nature. The balcony made all the difference. I moved and I really miss having a balcony! Also, Janie is the best and always was quick to respond to any issue we ever had. The property manager does not earn his pay check. The decisions he makes is a huge waste of our HOA dues money. There are excuses from the Board Members as to how the dues are spent that do not contribute to the quality of the living standards. I never have hot water in my kitchen sink, for over 20 years of realizing that there is no hot water. The club house staff is awesome, yet it closes way to early and the swimming pool is not heated. The parking lot has a ridiculous amounts of crime.

Definitely enjoyed living here. The location in Golden is awesome, and still super easy to get to Denver from this spot. The community is really dog friendly and my neighbors were great. The amenities are older but still very useful - especially the gym. Would recommend to others.

The community staff is always helpful and the maintenance team handles issues promptly. From time to time the water in the building is turned off so they can make repairs but this typically lasts a couple of hours max and takes place during business hours when most people aren't home. They also take excellent care of the grounds and do a great job of clearing the parking lots in the winter months.
